Bepe and Happy Worm Build a Tower Kuiyin Chen

Bepe and Happy Worm use some colourful blocks to start building a tower. However, when the tower gets too tall, they need to call their friends for help. This book is bilingual English-Chinese and the two languages complement each other rather than simply serving up a translation. In this way, the child is encouraged to learn both languages in order to fully appreciate the story. The story itself emphasises the importance of helping each other and forgiving people for their mistakes. It primarily aims to help children learn colours and the numbers one through five in English and Chinese.
