Film student Sophie isn't interested in mainstream movies; she's all about documentaries. However, when an opportunity arises for her to work on the set of new romantic comedy And Then I Saw Her, it's too good to turn down. She'll be working with prolific, big-budget director Laura Sellers, and starring in the movie is beautiful Ivy Simone, a beloved upcoming starlet. Laura Sellers is exactly as cynical and interesting as she'd been expecting - but Ivy isn't anywhere close to the raging diva that Sophie was expecting to meet. She's sweet, self-deprecating and softly-spoken. In fact, she's everything Sophie's been looking for in a partner. Soon, however, the waters are muddied. The mutual attraction she'd felt with Ivy suddenly may not be so mutual after all - and with the last day of filming fast approaching, Sophie's running out of time to figure it all out and work her way up to Ivy's league.
