Book 9: Meridians Made Easy My aim in compiling this book was to give comprehensive information at a glance in a language that could be understood by people from any walk of life. Meridians were first named and mapped out by the ancient Chinese and are named after the internal organs that they connect with. There are 12 major meridians that run bilaterally along with central and governing vessels. The human body is an open circulatory system of energy that is receptive to outside energies. Each meridian is connected with specific functions in the body and therefore has a collation to organs, muscles, and body systems, emotions, and ailments to name a few. With the information given in the booklet we are able to now recognise the blocks held within us therefore bringing us back into choice as to how we approach the issues.
