Born on Manhattan's Central Park West in 2331, Sarah Maloney was a precocious child. She was also outspoken and strong-willed. It earned her the nickname "Sassy." By age eleven she was a champion martial artist. She also became trapped in the blast zone that used to be Brooklyn. Blocked from returning home, the child of privilege chose to become a hunter, one of the protectors of the zone's most vulnerable population; people who were trying to survive after the nuclear blast that destroyed their borough. Then the chance came to return to her Manhattan home. It was a path that led through the Stellar Corps. That was just the beginning.
