'Froth' offers a window into the life of the author through which the reader catches a glimpse of random true stories that are set in a typical middle class residential area of Lusaka the capital city of Zambia, a country located in the southern part of Africa. The author leads us through her childhood, growing up with a difficult father; her struggle with bullies in school and her failed marriage. She describes those events that had a direct hand in shaping and molding her into an individual who blamed herself for her failures and constantly looked down on the person she was. In 'Froth' the author re-lives her struggle with low self-esteem spanning many years.
