Lieutenant Kensington James came from a life in the foster care system where she was told she would not amount to anything more than those that brought her into the world. While working at the mall as a Senior in High School, she discovered a life that she knew she was destined for, that of a Soldier in the United States Army. It was only then that she truly understood the journey that she was meant for in life and her lives destiny. Lieutenant James's career was not one that came easy. It was one that she fought hard for daily. It was one that she earned with blood, sweat, pain, and above all respect, but she wouldn't have had it any other way. When she was called on to deploy and take Command of an all-male Combat Team, her greatest journey had just begun. Would James be able to transition and find acceptance among the ranks of her men? How would life as James once knew it change after taking Command of Bravo Team? Would James' life be the same when her journey with Bravo comes to an end?
