Meditation Marilyn Cornelius

Meditation is a profound act and art of self-love. It is the practice of taking the time to observe our thoughts. In doing so, we become separate from the mind, and unite with consciousness. Meditation is the source of deep insight, intuition, and love for all of life. These poems are for anyone who wants to practice meditation or has already embraced it. Many of the inspirations for these poems originated from meditations, rituals, and soulful experiences in Nature. Marilyn Cornelius is a change agent whose work is focused on solving climate change and wellness challenges together through science-based innovation, and leadership, through her company, Alchemus Prime. Poetry has been one of Marilyn's avenues for expressing her inspiration since childhood. This is her sixth compilation of poetry. Marilyn is also the author of a plant-based recipe book entitled Food of Love.
