Assyriological science has made some progress, but though this is the case, I do not see that it has in the least affected a modification of any of my contentions here. In issuing these pages it is my hope that the prospective readers will see in the Christian Religion, as I do, the glorious culmination of the wisdom and faith of ages past. The "Light that lightens the world'' said of himself, "before Abraham was I was." - He was and existed and was worshiped as "Son of the God of Heaven and Earth" under various names as early as 7000 B.
