The Old Lighthouse is the tallest building along the harbor and on any given day you will find seven year old "Scamp" running around seeking adventure with his orange pet cat Bill. One day while sitting dockside on the harbor young Scamp sees a bright yellow boat on the horizon. Aboard is "Big Jim", the strongest fisherman in the sea. Scamp is curious about this giant man and his mysterious past. Why is everyone afraid at just the mention of Big Jim? Why after all these years has Big Jim come back to harbor of the Old Lighthouse?
