This book is a collection of my memories. When I first started, naturally I would write about those most vivid in my mind. That led to other memories, nearly forgotten. This triggered a chain reaction of memories. Of course not all memories are happy ones, but we learn from them. We learn to accept the bad along with the good and go on and live for tomorrow; the day after that and all the tomorrows to come. It makes you what you are, and helps to form your character. I feel these memories are too good to be forgotten, so I put them into a book to share with you. It begins with my life growing up on the farm. The other stories are my experiences over the years. If you were to compare this book to an ice cream sundae, let the Poetry section at the end be the whipped cream with the cherry on the top!
