Amongst the nature poets of the world, Rabindranath Tagore's position is sublime as all his writings are with soul-stirring beauty without the unnecessary constraints of rhythm and meter, a unique new wave in poetry. In his book entitled "Gardener" he said- Beauty is sweet to us, because she dances to the same fleeting tune with our lives Knowledge is precious to us, because we shall never have time to complete it. This portrays his unquenchable thirst for both knowledge and beauty. And hence he was called as 'soundarya pipasaka' and jnana pipasaka' And all his writings reflect the same to the brim Reading his writings keeping this in the mind is highly pleasurable. We attempt that in these volumes.
