LeadWell represents a robust, project-based, organizational leadership training curriculum for 14-23-year-olds. The Ruby Module is 1 of 4 modules, offering approx. 1 semester's worth (12 hours) of project-based activities, modeled after executive programs. LeadWell reflects what adults learn as leaders but is age-sized for teens and young adults. This is perfect for leadership programs, student government training, and leadership camps. It's a highly scripted curriculum that teachers and youth workers can use. Half of it involves 15-20 minute activities, and the other half uses a project plan to design, develop, and deploy a single project. Participants work in teams of 4-7 and take turns as Team Leader, to build leadership skills. In addition to leadership skill training, the Ruby module emphasizes qualities of team, strategy, servanthood (humility), and responsibility. Trainer cues for best practices are also included.
