I was intentional in creating a spiritual growth resource that would be timeless and practical; reflective and stimulating; and writing focused positive confessions that can influence how you think in the moment and beyond. It is my nature to be a positive person. Some have asked me the question, "Is your water glass half full or half empty?" I respond in either two ways: "In theory, the glass is ALWAYS full: half water on the bottom and on the top full of air." Or perhaps this is my favorite: "Half full or half empty? I'm just grateful I have a glass."
