Free To Be Me is the journey of two tales: Lovella the caterpillar who is desperately trying to find her home, and 13-year-old Jasmine who is embarking on her first day at a new high school where she knows no-one. Chapter by chapter Lovella and Jasmine learn how to trust themselves as they set out into unknown worlds where they meet new allies, endure the betrayal of false friends and ultimately find that their freedom and happiness will only ever exist within themselves. Written as an opportunity to start a new conversation, Free To Be Me gives parents a resource to share with their teenage daughters so they understand they already have everything they need in life-inside of them.
