This is a collection of free-verse memories from growing up in a thriving Northern Ohio industrial town in the 1950's. They are good memories from hopeful times. The selections also constitute good contemporary poetry, accessible poetry, written by a serious plain-speech resonance poet. Everybody who enjoys good old nostalgia is likely to enjoy them. The author is an international speaker who has been teaching creative writing in the UCLA Extension Writers' program for well over a quarter of a century.
