I decided to do this book to help my wonderful brother, who is otherwise intimidated in the kitchen so that he can now feel confident and stay healthy and well nourished. Each of the recipes in the book are simple, easy to follow with step-by-step foolproof instructions for the single Tarzen in your life. After all, we don't want him to muck up things if he invites Jane over for a tasty meal - a feat for which he can be forever proud. He'll even find directions to the proper aisle in the supermarket to help in avoid getting lost or wandering around in never-ending circles with his shopping cart.
