Twelfth Night

It's a comedy in five acts by William Shakespeare, probably written between 1599 and late 1601. The English title refers to the twelfth night, counting from Christmas Eve, which is Twelfth Night or Epiphany. It was originally written in order to be part of celebrations of kings in ancient England. The name of the male protagonist, Orsino, was probably suggested by Prince Orsini, Duke of Bracciano, an Italian nobleman who visited London in the winter of 1600-1601.
