The Play Barrie Jaimeson
The Play
Barrie Jaimeson
Greg Driscoll has moved to the Essex coast, a small town called Maldon - much to his agent's consternation, it being the scene of a great loss for them both. Greg has had enough of London, though and wants some peace and quiet - and a good pub. He is asked to contribute to a local festival by producing an open-air Shakespeare play and, much against his will, he agrees - mostly to please the rather attractive Town Clerk. However, when one of his cast members dies unexpectedly he becomes embroiled in a long-running feud that leads him back to The Netherlands and people from the past he thought he'd seen the back of.
