April Bright
For My Good was designed to encourage young people battling cancer. April was diagnosed with cancer at the age of sixteen and endured ten months of chemotherapy during high school. At the time, she was a junior, a clarinet player, a praise dancer, a youth choir member, an usher at church, and held a part-time job. She performed well academically and artistically and was well on her way to college when she was introduced to cancer. How did she pull through? April wants to recount her experiences as a sixteen-year-old with cancer and encourage her readers through personal account, poems, and daily devotions. Most of all, she wants God to get the glory!
