In 2022 at an U. S. Army testing laboratory, a toxin is developed to help end the war in the middle east. Not being fully tested it's sent to the army post in Iraq, where it accidentally gets into the Army Bases water supply. Its ability to spread at a pronominal rate causes many serious problems. The CDC and EPA work around the clock to find an antidote.
