As I reflect back on my story as a Christian I did learn a lot as one who grew up in a Baptist Church atmosphere. Ministry, the book, is a compilation of research discussions and documents codified into a single book. In this book, I look at Religious Experience, and Culture. I extract data and provide commentary assessing the following areas: Demographics, Religious Impact, Context, and Organization. The importance of Spiritual Leaders using analytical techniques to conclude or create an understanding of a congregation enables an Organization to plan, prepare and execute ministry effectively. So, as we identify with the Demographics of Churches, in this conversation will only reveal a glimpse of the Church from a Holistic and Comprehensive perspective. The elements to be considered are, the purpose the Black Church Serves, and the doctrine from an African American Baptist perspective. Ultimately the author is dealing with the crux of racial division within the body of the American Baptist Denomination which is influenced by the outer atmospherics of a globalized societal paradigm. Secular ideology promulgates the world was created to be lived and extracted from, however, in the contrary, presented the evidence all creation is interconnected for the sake and sole purpose of worship. The concept of worship is held in the regard as an instinct of Man associated with finding basic need. These activities are associated with the conceptuality of the spirituality of religion. Worship is defined as "the feeling or expression of reverence and adoration for Deity."
