´Katya´s Story´ tells the tale of a woman who is forced to work as a prostitute for her pimp, Viktor, in Prague. She used to be his girlfriend, but has fallen in disfavour and is now heavily abused by him. Then she meets Mark on the internet. They instantly take a liking to each other and together they plan her escape. She manages to break free from Viktor´s vicious clutches, but he will try anything to get her back. Mark and Katya fall in love and happily live together for some time in London, but their happiness isn´t to last.
