LUCIFER possessed WILFRED at birth. Born in an environment where human emotions were nonexistent as an infant he could use his powers to inflict suffering, pain, and even death, on those he perceived to be a threat to his being. The off spring of a shantytown whore who planed to sell the little bastard for five dollars or feed him to her dogs. A young couple paid the whore for the newborn baby. Soon after they were infected with massive sores and lesions. They realized to late that the baby was demonic. He is left on the front steps of St. Matthews's Convent in Whitefield, Minnesota. The demon baby becomes the ward of two Catholic nuns in a community of anti-Catholic Lutherans. A critic of Writers Digest recommended that WILFRED be a must reading for all horror fans.
