These two girls' mothers would have to initially be proud of them. After all, one of their cardinal friendship rules was not to do drugs. Peer pressure punctured Tamara; but it wasn't like you would think. She wasn't pressured into trying marijuana in a bully-like way. It was as though she had been asked to try a new flavor of ice cream. A question asked by her first boyfriend that she ever had. Since it would only be one time, Tamara tried it. Of course, it wasn't her last time either. She hadn't reached the point of addiction; however, getting a bad smoke would turn to almost deadly measures. From her "cool" choice, Tamara caused emotions of: betrayal, anger, and fear. A choice that not only hurt her, but others as well.
