Quiami Liu, a young descendant of Japanese ancient sovereignty, is the sole survivor of an archaic Japanese tribe believed by many to be extinct. As a toddler, he lost both his parents in a ghastly and barbaric assassination at the hands of a power hungry half-breed whose sole intention was to annihilate all members of the tribe and start a new. Though fortunate to have escaped with his life, Quiami Liu was, however, mistakenly taken on-board a cargo vessel docked at one of Japan's busiest ports and was later found on-board the abandoned vessel, thousands of miles away, just off the banks of the Michigan border. He is taken in and cared for by Sergeant John Tribek, a Detroit PD detective of questionable character whose Good Samaritan intentions go only as far as they seem. Adopted and groomed by the detective and his fellow 'law' men, Quiami Liu and the detective's biological son followed in their father's footsteps and became decorated city lawmen. But the young Jap's heroic acts soon draws some unwanted attention all the way from the East, with the visitors' trip to see the popular Detroit city lawman not only bringing back lost memories but also the truth behind his father's heroic rescue act, inciting valiant efforts from the young lawman to avenge the lives of his current and long-lost loved ones.
