A predator stalks the night, killing and abducting the residents of Cheyenne, Colorado. The media has nicknamed him, 'The Sandman.' Following the disappearance of her brother, Emily Suthers hires Marine veteran and internet-licensed detective, Ryan Porter. While working the case, Porter is forced into an unlikely partnership with a waitress from the local strip club, fourteen-year-old, Mindy Miller.
