Basically, this an autobiographical account of my four years in the U. S. Marine Corps, from 1953-1957. It focuses on the two years I spent at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in the years immediately before the totalitarian regime of Fidel Castro. I have been honest with the tales of my/our exploits, both good and not-so-good. I believe it is an interesting read, and I hope you will enjoy getting a look at life in a Guantanamo Bay that was relaxed, secure and easy-going.
