A text describing the development model of a full dietetics college curriculum based on dietetics and integrative medicine with handouts to provide inspiration globally to other dietetic and nutrition education college programs in developing their own integrative and functional medical nutrition therapy program. The model was developed and established at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS with collaboration between the KU Integrative Medicine Dept. and Dietetics and Nutrition under the School of Health Professions. It now provides an existing integrative track of an accredited dietetic internship, Masters of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition electives, and a 12 hour Graduate Certificate of Dietetics and Integrative Medicine.
