Jacques Duvall, an MI6 agent operating a British Intelligence sub-station in Paris, is asked personally by the President of France to investigate the kidnapping of the Prime Minister's wife, a renowned violinist. It quickly becomes clear that the Islamic State, or ISIS, is behind the plot to get ransom money to fund their terrorist acts. With few leads to go on, Jacques and Detective Lefaunt of the Paris Police Nationale fear they won't discover the hostage location before the Prime Minister's wife is murdered. However, using intel from Jacques' Muslim informant, they are led to a remote country hideout and get key information from the most unlikely source; an orphaned child.
