Cuba's Comandante Roman and President Pastrana are the soul and mind behind the humanitarian project. Its approval means th recognizition of President Pastrana as a new world leader that with Comandante Roman will try to topple the old and worn Castro Regime in Cuba. They both want to bring democracy in Cuba, hoping it will bring the reunion of all Cubans. The approval of the relocation of the Muslims in Europe to Sinai is the key for a democratic Cuba.
