Shit I Did for Money Aften Locken
Shit I Did for Money
Aften Locken
Just as she's figuring out the whole how-to-be-a-grown-up thing, Aften heads to Chicago with high hopes for an exciting future of urban life. Instead, she finds herself stumbling through the rubble of the freshly fallen economy, during the Great Recession. It totally sucks. Unable to find a job, she must abandon all inhibition to pick up gigs like "magician's assistant," "con artist," and "stogie girl." That sucks too, but it makes for a helluva hilarious resume, and delivers some real world life lessons too.
