There is no doubt about the popularity of El Chapo almost all over the world. El Chapo, whose full name is Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loera, is the very famous Mexican drug lord that was considered the head of the Sinaloa Cartel - a criminal organization whose name was inspired by the Mexican Pacific coast state of Sinaloa where it was formed. He was popularly known as El Chapo Guzman and was a top drug kingpin in Mexico in 2003 and considered the most powerful drug trafficker all over the world. For him, this popularity is indeed great. Being on top always matters, even with this kind of business in the industry. El Chapo was involved in a number of criminal activities and other wrong doings. He was also captured by the authorities, but El Chapo was able to escape and continue doing his business. For the third and hopefully the last time, he was captured by the Mexican authorities. But how will these authorities hold this drug lord without him escaping? It is indeed important that Mexican authorities devise a good way to hold this man in prison without giving any chance escape. However, it still the responsibilities of these authorities to decide how they are going to hold El Chapo for the third time after arresting him.
