Where she came from, who she was, and how long she has been there is what Billy must discover. The Drowned Rat: To keep himself busy, James dissects a drowned rat that he found on his doorstep. He is surprised to find a box with a message in it that leads to the mysterious Mr. Worthington, who may or may not be telling the truth.
