Adventures with a Pendulum Peter John Rippin
Adventures with a Pendulum
Peter John Rippin
The author was a newspaper editor in his fifties when he learnt how to dowse, and it transformed his life. He soon tried some of the many ways that the ancient art can be used - from finding lost objects to selecting the freshest fruit and vegetables at the supermarket and deciding where to go on holiday. Then he became fascinated by energy leys, part of the mysterious world-wide grid of Earth energies, and tracked dragon lines at famous places such as Glastonbury and St Michael's Mount. As his skill with a pendulum improved he went on ghost hunts and had some eye-opening experiences. The book goes on to explain how dowsing can give access to a vast sea of knowledge and open doors into alternative spirituality and the paranormal. There is emphasis on the need for psychic protection, which shuts out what are described as low grade entities - one of which had a coarse message for the author.
