The intention of this coloring book is to help you relax and forget your worries. Named "ZENSPIRITS," this book will put you in touch with your Zen! As you color these heartwarming designs, let the tension leave your body, relax and enjoy the results long after you finish coloring. Asked by a friend to draw pictures for women living at a domestic violence shelter, I came up with the idea of including inspirational sayings. It's my hope that my first coloring book will inspire and entertain. All of the drawings in this book were hand drawn by myself. No computer images, no repetitive images like you see in other coloring books for adults. This book is unique, just like you. Author BiographyBonnie lives in southwestern Michigan with her husband and cat, Jake The Girl Cat. When she's not doodling, she is listening to bluegrass music, working on her craft business or working at the local hospital where she is an RN in surgery.
