It is 2053, six years after the Final Reckoning, six years since the 'death' of the Dream Catcher. The world is changing. The revolution has failed and the substrata are once again under attack. The Madison elite believe they have destroyed Matrix and the Brotherhood. They thought they had won. Yet unexpectedly, progressive has been slow. Harrison is sure he knows why. Madison failed to destroy Cyclops. Cyclops is holding back the Balanced Society. Therefore Cyclops must die.
