Every human being can benefit from reading this book. However, it is primarily targeted to the black populace in response to the Black Lives Matter movement. It seems some blacks, who although coming from a strong and beautiful race of people, are disconnected from the richer parts of black history, which encompasses far more than the period of black slavery in America. This book is a reminder to look within and live life to the fullest.
