Helen's Dream Costas Komborozos
Helen's Dream
Costas Komborozos
Overcome with grief, Thetis, the mother of Achilles, has a dream in which she sees an event that might have stopped the Trojan war from happening: the marriage of Helen and Achilles. This dream becomes one with Helen's dream, which involves restoring the balance between the realm of the gods and the realm of mortals. Thetis sees the best warrior join hands with the most beautiful woman in matrimony. Thetis envisions this love as a unifying balance that would have allowed the world of mortals to peacefully coexist with the world of the gods. Achilles and Helen have the same dream as they realize that their love will bring balance to a war-torn world. But a number of obstacles arise as their love is viewed as a threat to both worlds.
