Escape from Darkness Mikelle Fraizer

In January, 1945, the Allied Armies are hunkered down in the Hürtgen Valley, Germany, in the middle of a brutally cold winter. The Wehrmacht Army, recently decimated by a battle in the Ardennes, is struggling to hold back the tide of the seemingly endless Allied soldiers and equipment. Two very efficient Wehrmacht soldiers come together to achieve a most difficult and perilous task: to release the waters of the Roer River Dams, in order to stall the Allies in their push for Berlin. Major Maximilian Von Strasser, the hero of Mikelle Fraizer's Escape from Destiny, is seen in an earlier period, when he is tasked with a highly risky mission, and must work with a decorated commando who has lost his will to live.
