The legal authority is the Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 100 Pertaining to the Licensing of Auctioneers. To earn a license, one must be 18 years old and pass an approved course of study. He/she must also pass a written exam, post $10,000 bond and pay a $100 license fee. We give you knowledge information relevant to the exam specification.
