Concentrating on one of the most discussed issues of 21st century, development, environment and climate change got considerable space in almost all national/international discussion forum. Chamba Climate Meet-2014 being such effort to bring scholars together from round the globe was a place where these issues have been discussed at a length. This volume is the last in a series of publication of outcome of the international conference, "Development, Biodiversity and Climate Change: Issues and Challenges" and is an attempt to document the presented papers in form of edited book(s). Six volumes of on different titles, addressing different issues in each volume and in chapter are expected to prove beneficial and an academic feast to the intelligentsia in general and this volume in particular on the issues of adaption and mitigation.
