The action begins when a Homeless Man walks past the victim's body who is semi-unconscious and lying under a pile of trash, near an abandoned building. The spirit of the dying man begins an out-of-body journey that begins by follow a Homeless Man. This leads him to follow and observe the kindness of several individuals and their reaction and treatment of a least of brother, this very same Homeless Man. The underlining theme of the story is based on a verse from Matthew 25:40 "What you have done for the least of my brothers you have done for me." The lives of several characters are changed and blessed by their positive treatment of a dirty homeless man the very same Homeless Man that began Follower's out-of-body experience. The narrative suggests for the reader the question, "How do you know if that Homeless Man, you meet, is not an angel or Christ himself and you offered him no kindness? This is the underlining message for the reader as we observe the main character. the Follower, observes as he witnesses the actions of others. During the Followers out of body experience, he comes to the aid of a young man struggling with his own ego. Throughout the story, our out-of-body follower does not know who he is, but he comes to slowly remember things about his past as he witnesses the actions of others. He recalls why he became a disbeliever, how he treated someone who showed him devotion and kindness. His memory returns when he discovers the plot to kill him. He now needs the aid of two Homicide Detectives to find his body before the plot against him is successful. The problem for the follower is how to aid the two detectives to discover his body before he dies. Meanwhile, the two detectives are searching for a missing billionaire, however, they decided to make it a homicide investigation. Time is running out at any minute what little life is left could come to an end. Is Follower able to aid the Homicide Detectives? Will the Detectives uncover the plot too late? This is the first episode of a series and the introduction to Detective Dalini and Detective Hitali.
