The changes to CAO 48.1 aligns the Flight Time Limitations with ICAO's - Standards and Recommended Practices. These recommendations include alignment with today's Fatigue Science. The new regulations contains many new concepts such as Time Zone Adaptation, Task Load based upon the number of flight segments within a Flight Duty Period (FDP).
