THE BAY OF WOLVES is the story of two outcasts of nature, each protected by their closest blood relative. Henry, under the constant restraint and restriction (and love) of his brother Walter, is transformed into a predatory beast when his biological cycle is triggered. Walter's solution has been to lock his brother in an iron cage until Henry's transformation and rage have passed. Rachel is a young single mother whose existence depends on the ocean's waters for sustenance. As steadily as the tides, the ocean transforms her into a seductive and predatory siren. On occasion, when Rachel is responsible for a tragedy in her seaside community, the incident is camouflaged and explained away by her father in his capacity as the local sheriff. When Henry and Rachel find each other, the task upon Walter and the sheriff becomes not only protecting their loved ones from the world, but protecting the world from them.
