The city of Juneau Alaska is under attack by an ex-CIA operative bent on destroying the city. Brenner is being paid by an unscrupulous corporation. The action starts when the daughter of the President of the United States along with several international dignitaries are kidnapped and then, to all appearances, killed in a dramatic explosion. With the entire city of Juneau cut off from the outside world. Jim Walters (retired Army special ops soldier) and Vladimir Choskey (CIA operative along with an interesting cast of local characters must rescue the hostages and save the city of Juneau from destruction.
