Jobs and the job market—the most important yet most daunting part of being an adult. The search, the application, the interviews, and the possible rejection can all be a bit much. Still, when you find that perfect job that you can actually afford to live on, save a bit with, and even have some disposable income, you would think that’s hitting the jackpot, right? Well, not so much. It can never be that easy. There’s got to be creepy bosses, awkward living situations, and a ton of growing pains to make the transition complete. This is adulthood, after all, with no room for child’s play.
