Nothing Over Truth is Michael R. Bradley's deeply self-reflective autobiography about a youthful black male, his confrontational relationship with the streets and how 38-years of incarceration have helped him to reach a keen sense of awareness about life and death. Bradley's historical journey through family relationships and oppressive social conditions serves as an example of how ritual acts of anti-black racism lead to assault, death and a life of incarceration. As a former member of the Harlem Crips in Los Angeles, Nothing Over Truth is offered as deterrence for this generation of youngsters flirting with the idea of criminal activity.
