Inspired by the author's life and others, this collection have combine different scenarios which are relatable, whether it's speaking to your heart, or someone you know, it will provoke intellectual and heated conversations when you read about; a young girl who spend her teenage years fighting off predators which includes her stepfather from stealing her innocence, and at 13 years old she was impregnated by him, what will her mother do?. Can you relate to a mother who cowers in the corner, hand protecting her head, as the man who said he loves her beats her while she bled. She dreamt for freedom from a husband who constantly berate and abuse her in the end what will be her fate?
