All of her life, Kaitlyn has wanted out of the village. It is a living hell for her. Her mom is the most hated person in the village and considered to be a prostitute. Enter Andrew, the latest person to wake up in the village. He's lost and just wants a way out. Kaitlyn finally has a plan of how she can get out of the village, and Andrew is the key. Through careful manipulation, her plan slowly begins to work. That is, until one night she messes up and everything begins to change. Chaos ensues and everyone is looking for David's child, the one that the prophecy has promised will save the village. The problem: David has no child. Or so it seems. Kaitlyn begins to learn the story of the village from her mom and her role in everything. She may be the only one who can save the people. There is only one way out for all of them so that they can return to where they came from. And only one holds the key.
