The Way of the Mystic is the second volume of Retreats in Print. This volume covers the following topics: our dual nature, the nature of free will, the difference between mysticism and occultism, motivation to pursue a mystical path, practical mysticism, esoteric traditions and spiritual development, the psychic centers, visualization and the use of breathing techniques, vowel sounds and chant. Over the last ten years, we developed and presented retreats and workshops on a wide range of spiritual topics. Our events are about "spiritual self-discovery." The Retreats in Print series follow the topics covered in our live retreats, and include numerous experiments and activities. Our intention is to allow the reader to evaluate their beliefs on a number of spiritual and psychologically fused topics.
